Quick answer: T9music has two plans. The Free plan allows unlimited releases to 150+ stores at no upload cost, on a 90/10 revenue split in the artist’s favour. Pro Artist costs ₹1,999 a year and returns 100% of royalties. On both plans the artist keeps 100% of their music rights.
